Unit types
Skyflame offers studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, plus two-bedroom Royal Suites as the premium tier. There are no three-bedroom apartments in the development.
Unit sizes vary between the two towers and by floor level. Because published size figures differ materially between sources, we quote sizes only from the specific unit's floor plan — ask us for the plan of any unit you are considering rather than relying on an indicative range.
Majan and Dubailand
Majan sits within the wider Dubailand master area, with direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and onward connections to Al Ain Road (E66). It is a mid-market community that has attracted sustained off-plan supply, positioned between the established villa communities of Arabian Ranches and the Dubai Silicon Oasis employment cluster.
For buyers weighing Majan against more central districts, our Business Bay and Jumeirah Village Circle guides cover comparable apartment markets at different price points.
Buying as a foreign national
Majan is a designated freehold area, so non-UAE nationals may purchase and register full ownership with the Dubai Land Department. Off-plan purchases are made through a DLD-supervised escrow account, with instalments released to the developer against verified construction milestones.
Our guides to buying property in Dubai as a foreign national and how RERA protects off-plan buyers explain the registration process and the safeguards that apply.
